The small fonts look pretty bad with FontSmoother. This version lets you force the system small fonts to be used instead. There is a price to pay, of course: the metrics aren't quite right.
To use this feature, go to the advanced app config, and select the "Do not change small fonts".

Thanks, this might help with some of my font problems...small fonts generally dont like me.

Thanks Alex. It works well although like you said, there is a small price to pay. Is there a way to avoid the truncated view?

No, there is no way to avoid the truncation, because software assumes that small fonts have exactly have the size of large ones, and when you change that, things can't be perfect.
I guess my aging eyes arent good enough to see the small system fonts...

He..he..he, then you don't have to worry about any truncation since you don't need to use Small fonts Steve. My days for small fonts may be numbered too :-)

It replaces the system fonts with other, smoother fonts. You can in fact convert any Windows fonts (subject to copyright and patent restrictions) into its format.
