View Full Version : problems with webpro
I am using Web pro and whenever connecting I get a communication error message suggesting that I make sure that host address in preferences is correct. The default host address is webpro.palm.com. Is this correct? has anyone else run into this problem?

I get those messages too but not always. I guess I have to reload about 30% of the time when I am moving to a new URL.
I don't know why, and I don't know why the PDA is so slow compared to my laptop on the same WiFi AP. I guess the page is being processed for the PDA.

Nope never have a problem with WebProV!!!
Do you have PowerSaveMode un-checked on the WL100? If it's checked it will kill the speed, cause drop outs, and in my case with two NX clies, kill the connection altogether!!!

Well I'm sorry about the multiple posts. I was using my Clie and WebProV and each time I hit "enter" it would send the message instead of going to the next line.
I was trying to say thanks because of course I had checked PowerSaveMode to "save power". I wouldn't have thought to turn it off.
Now my NX70V screams when surfing the web with WebProV. And no retries were required. It made all the difference.
