Screen does not display bottom!

Well, there is a T3 I have that does not display the bottom where virtual graffiti should be. It simply becomes a TT with a little toolbar at the bottom. I was told there is an internal button to enable it? I'm not sure, so is there even a fix for this?

Hmm, I did not think of that. I opened it before and thought it was the little slider button, but I will check again.
