Okay, I bought this game 3 days ago and they still have not emailed me my registration #. Is this normal?

no, usually Astraware is very fast in sending the code, I got mine probably 2 min. after I registered. You should go to the Astraware boards or email Had(had@astraware.com).
They are usually very quick in responding to such things.

I also ordered mine same day... no code. I just emailed them today, but no response yet. Will update when I hear back.

Has anyone else had this problem? My email stated that there were a couple of bank holidays they would observe, but I figured it would be over by now. I still haven't heard a reply from them... Kinda getting tired of waiting the XX number of seconds to play also :)

I think the Astraware site is down right now. I haven't been able to get to it for almost a week. As this coincides with a big add they had on Yahoo for Bookworm, I suspect maybe the site crashed "hard" and isn't back up yet. They're really good about support, so try to be patient (I know it's difficult) until they can get the site fixed.
