Does anyone out there get a nasty hiss sound when the TX volume is low?
I cant get rid of it. And Im questioning whether this just happens to my device.
If its a problem with the TX series, is it fixable?
Thanks
No, it is problem with many PDAs out there. It is not a fault of the TX series.

Are you referring to hiss through headphones/earbuds or screen whine? For the first, use headphones/earbuds with 32 Ohm or greater impedance. For the latter, it is caused by vibration of plastic digitizer; a harder screen protector (Boxwave, Brando, etc.) will help or you can use a third-party clocking application. Many threads discuss whine and you can see various solutions. I use 32 Ohm impedance buds and a Boxwave and have not experienced these issues. I can create screen whine when I forcefully torque (bend) the case.
