Install/Run Program from MS?

How do I install and run a program right from the memory stick? I don't want to start running out of internal memory, so is there a way to install programs to my MS instead and still run them as I normally would?

Powerrun, Memhack.

You can also move apps to the stick during installation at hotsync time or if you have a third party launcher like Zlauncher you can move them with that.
