Is there any way I can force the Virtual Graffiti area to be collapsed to give more real estate on the screen?

I use a TH55, and particularly on older software that forces the VG area to be present, it would be a really useful feature.

cheers all!

Try CodeDiver :)

Of course, older apps may not be able to use the additional real estate so you may only be changing the DIA for a blank area.

CodeDiver may slow down your system, though. BE careful.

Don't forget that Codediver could have no effect on many softs.

Try a demo version first !!

Thanks for the tip - unfortunately made no difference.. I'm using "progect" - old software but good and free - and thought my query was worth a go..

thanks anyway guys

May is an understatement. It definately slowed my system down. CodeDiver + KeyQuick = painfully slow.

A good portion of 320x480 modern software insists on bringing up the DIA on start up or at every screen change! Nothing seems to work if you want to get rid of the DIA for good. It drives me around the bend!
CodeDiver and KeepWide are useless in this situation. I would pay good money for an app that would solve this irritating problem!
I am no programmer, but something that would disable the DIA call up might do the trick. Any takers?

If you think you can replace the VG area with something useful, forget it. The most you will get is a blank area. Older programs were not made to use the VG area, so it's doubtful that they will place anything useful there :-)

Have you tried MaxT3?

MaxT3 only hides the status bar at the very bottom, not the grafitti area. This can also be done through myKbd/mySkin or StatBar DA.

I use Progect (0.29, I think) and CodeDiver (1.10 Beta), and works great. Progect uses the whole 320 x 480 screen, and I can see all those tasks way down to the bottom of the screen. Awesome.
