Just yesterday I noticed that my speaker no longer works. No alarm sounds, system sounds, etc. All OK if I plug in headphones, though.
So is this a h/w issue? The only s/w I've installed lately is PowerDigi. Surely this could not have caused it?

common problem. stick a headphone connector halfway in and move it around a bit. if that doe snot help. take a dropper and drop in 2 drops of vodka while holding palm horizonatally. give it 10 mins to eveporate. then try.

vodka, fyi, is a very good solvent. so whatever dirt you have in there will be dissolved...
[plus you can then have some to congratulate yourself on a job well done]
