I am fed up with the 8910 and plan to switch to the sonyericsson t68i. Anybody been able to sync the t68i and the NZ 90? Does anyone here have a bad experience with the Sonyericsson T68i? Please let me know. Thanks Guys.

i agree nokia has no app for sync with a clie.

the t68i on the other hand does! but it really isnt a better phone!

I have been able to sync the T68i with the NZ90. Do yourself a favor and download the Mobile Manager program from the Sony site. It makes the sync effortless. I also bought a Motorola Bluetooth headset which works well with the Ericksson and am now completely wireless. All done in about 20 mins.

Seriously consider waiting a month for the release of the SE 610. It seems to be loads better than the t68. I have gone through 3 t68's over the last year and I would avoid that phone like SARS. If you are really itching to buy something now check out the Seimens s55. DO NOT BUY THE T68!

Ive got the t68i and i use it with my nz90 all the time. It works great when im able to get a signal, and i recommend using blazer instead of netfront, Its just makes the webbrowsing experience bearable.

EvilEarnie, my advice would be to forget about buying a t68i.

I bought one in November 2002, and at first was impressed by its size, features etc, etc. However, about 4 weeks later a strange thing happened. The t68i phone seemed to hang for about 30 Minutes, and when it woke up again I found that it had corrupted my address book. Every 4th or 5th entry was visible, but all the ones in between were blank. But, even the ones which were visible had corrupted information, like the phone number was all zeros.

I think that the numbers were still in there somewhere, because if I was phoned by anyone who had their number in the address book, it would display their name. This caused me a lot of hassle , and I ended up returning the phone.

The person I spoke to on the helpline for the shop I bought it from, said he could not help me uncorrupt the address book. He also said that a friend of his had had the problem. A search on the web revealed others with the same issue.

Just a footnote to that story - A couple of Months ago, a friend of mine had exactly the same problem on a two year old Ericsson. So I guess they are using some elements of the old software in the t68i?

Conclusion: Dont touch it with a 10 foot pole :(
