Just hot my TG-50G three days ago and I am just smitten with this new gadget. The keyboard and bluetooth drew me to the TG-50 instead of the TT.
Was excited specifically with the SMS via bluetooth with my T68i. I've installed different phone drivers I found through this forum and it took some time before I was able to have the SMS work with my T68i. I don't even remember now which driver from which site made the thing work!
However, while I am able to send and receive SMS on the TG-50, only the phone numbers appear on the inbox or outbox. Well, at least it works, but it can be a pain trying to figure out from whom you got an SMS message when no name appears on the SMS message on the TG-50 but just a phone number.
In case, you're wondering, yes I've already copied the names and phone numbers from the T68i to the TG-50 address book, so I was assuming the SMS function on the TG-60 would recognize the names+phone numbers from the T68 when receiving or sending SMS.
Does anyone have this same problem? If you were able to correct the problem, which driver did you use and can you walk me through how you installed and made it function on the TG-50? Would appreciate any help on this.
