How good is the Flash player for the NX-60?

I've heard that the flash player for the TG50 is more capable than the one in the NX-60. I've been considering switching to the NX60 for the virtual graffiti, but if it can't play Strong Bad, than I'll stick with the TG50. Is it true the TG50 has a better flash player?

It's true. The Flash Player in the TG50 supports MP3 audio, and the one in the NX60 and NX70 do not. Some people have managed to get the FlashPlayer from the TG50 on the NX models in question, but I have not tried myself yet.

On another note, what or where is Strong Bad?

You can add the TG50's flash lib file to the NX and it will work just the same. Flash on the Clie is not the best it could be yet. Its slow on some things and others use to much memory and will cause errors. with a little more work it could be really nice i think.

Hmmm...I've never had any problem with slowness with the TG50's flash player, even on some heftier animations like XiaoXiao. Maybe it's just better programmed than the NX60's?


Overall, it seems like the TG50 came with better bundled software than the NX. Arrg, decisions!! This tiny screen, it almost makes me want to switch to PocketPC!!

i imagine that animation runs just fine. the slowness i was referring to was mainly from some flash games.

a close friend of mine has a TG50... and i could easily get the new Flash player from him - using FileZ... if i only know what to transfer over to my NX...

does anyone have any idea?
