Sync Nightmare...AAAAaaaaa

How could I possibly getting sync errors on Tasks when I have no tasks???? I was so frustrated that I purged ALL of my completed tasks from my TX and deleted all of my completed tasks from Outlook, I have verified this by ensuring that view completed items was selected. I sure do run a lot quicker on the TX but how can I possibly be having issues now? I then converted all of my non completed tasks to meetings so I could get them out of the task list. If I go into Outlook or the TX and show tasks there is absolutly nothing there. How frustrating, hopefully someone can help me out here because I'm not really sure where to go from here. Mabye I'll have to by some sync software so I can sync the 0 tasks that I currnetly have UGH. Here is what I have:
