Clie Mail...

I gave up on the Clie Mail program that comes with my NR70V because it would not authenticate with my pop accounts.  Apparently there is a known issue about how it interacts with some mail servers.  The help message on the Sony Support site says that a patch is being developed.  Seems like the message has been there for a long time.  Does anyone know if there is any news on when they might fix the program?  I am doing fine with Eudora Mail right now, but I would like to see if I like a new version of Clie Mail better.
