Hello

I just bought a used T615 a couple of weeks ago. Up until now it worked fine. I've HotSynced it, charged it and put new programs on it. The problem is... I used up the battery then put it into the cradle for charging. After a couple of hours I decided to hotsync it. When I pressed the button nothing happened and the screen of the unit looks to be frozen on the home screen unlit. I tried reset...nothing.

What do I need to do? should I charge it for at least 12 hrs, do I need a new battery? or is it just dead?

Note: the red charging light in on when I put into the cradle

Maybe this is obvious, but Have you checked the hold button? Sometimes it happens to be in the hold position, and prevents from turning on.

The T615 has no hold button.

Hi TRowland

I have the same kind of problem or so it seems.
My Clié (a T675C) stopped responding.
The hold button is not witched on (I mean it shouldn't hold my Clié).
The green power light stays permanently on, and turns orange when I put my Clié on the cradle. The MS light stays on.
Soft and hard reset won't work.
I'll call the hotline and keep you informed of what they tell me.

Ok, I've been searching on this issue. I have a NR70. What did you find out?

Thanks,
