Launcher X is back

My favourite launcher has been updated and is working great on my T|X :). I'm using the old version of Launcher X on my T|X and it is working well. I'd be lost without it. Can you tell me what the improvements are in the new version? Thanks!

I don't remember exactly what didn't work properly; I believe it may have been that I couldn't use the d-pad to navigate between categories. The updated version runs very fast as well.

A new registration model is in place, but the developer responded with my new code within an hour or so.

This version updates for use on the newer Palms and for the Treo700p. I think a newer update is forthcoming as early as tomorrow. There are a lot of "fixes" in this release and even more "new"stuff to follow. The v2.0 release will be really something to behold! There are alot of beta tester busting their chops on these interim releases. Check out:

It does not list Palm 320x480. Does it work landscape and portrait full screen?

I used the older Launcher III (freeware) on my TE and liked it a lot, but, cheap bastard that I am, I haven't been convinced that what the product does is worth the cost they now want for the newest version.

(Ditto too for the now shareware Today program....)

I tried Launcher III on my TX and that was problematic, so I'm now using the on board Favorites launcher. Too bad really.

No it does not do this yet. This has been a request for version 2.0. Probably the most important enhancement of LX for TX users is that it is now NVFS compatible. Previous problems with resets seemed to have disappeared thanks to the hard work of beta testers and programmers.
