um......what is the green thing beside my post count? it says "yourscreename is on a distinguished road"

I think it changes by how many posts you have. :)

That is the thing on the bottom left corner of a post.

I thought that was just to give/add to one's reputation (the scales). The green dot next to your post count reflects that you aren't a jerk (at least a reported jerk)? (Just because I've seen people with 1 post and the green dot.) Not that anyone uses such features with great regularity.

Maybe! (But right now I don't really care enough to put forth the effort to click my way there. How lazy is that? That's worse then watching a really bad TV show because you're too lazy to get up and reach across the coffee table for the remote.) :eek:

edit: plus it's just more fun to wildly speculate.

That was/is a great little device. Unfortunately, the remote didn't have a setting for my cable box. (And again, I was too lazy to go find stuff on the Yahoo group for said remote program. This lazy thing is becoming a theme, isn't it? I just need to stop working 7 days a week.)

About the reputation thing... there was a post about this a while back:

It's interesting - people here don't seem to use it too much (which is why we only see people with one green icon). In another forum I used to go to, I saw people with numerous icons, they had a lot of reputation points.

I have 19.. I think I need another 31 before I go to the next level... lol.
