External speakers designed for the PSP will interface via a standard headphone jack. It should be possible to connect one of these to your T|X using a jack extender, and maybe even without one.

Or you could try the hotsync cradles from Palm or Brando, w/c have headphone jacks.
thx 4 your replies. OK, there are a lot of audio-jack-solutions, but i would prefer something similar to the ipod-plugin-designs. As we can see on the newest palm-cradles, the audiosignal is on the multi-connector, too...
I have found something :-) with builtin-LithiumIon-Accu, it would be absolutely perfect....

I think that the second picture in this thread is quite cool. Though I don't get why to buy external soundsystem when you can listen music through usual headphones or plug pda to car or to a usual speakers.

I just bought this ipod dock (http://www.logic3usa.com/i_station8.html) on ebay (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&catref=C6&from=R10&submitsearch=Search&satitle=%28logic3%2Clogic+3%29+%28istation%2Ci-station%2Ci+station%29&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=53718&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&fgtp=) to mod into a TX dock. They're going for ~$15-20 (working, but usually w/o AC adapter). It's going to be my winter break project. I also bought one of these plugs (http://www.gomadic.com/patut5tr650c.html), but I guess a regular sync cable will do as well (might even be better). I'll post a new thread when all is said and done.
