Did you guys not know these things before you bought your product. Research research research is my motto. I'm perfectly happy with my clie. Sure, i'd love to see a cf driver released but i'm not angry or even a little ticked that it wasn't released. I knew what i was getting when i bought it, and it's still the best purchase w/ the most functionality that i have gotten to date (besides my desktop and monitor : ) ).
Enjoy.

I'd say if you're using your NX everyday for the everyday tasks, then you should be happy with it. I love mine and there will always be another new gadget that I gotta have (god knows, this is my 5th palm!).
As for the stupid silkscreen button, mcphling will let you customize that button for a specific action. I use mine to switch to the previously used application. Pretty handy when you actually hack it.
My only complaint would be the CF driver and a better, landscape viewable web browser, which looks like it'll be coming with the NZ's release. Also, can't wait for the new JackFlash and Jacksprat to dump the Sony files from ROM. But these are things I had to wait for when I first got my N710. It's the way the game is played.
dude could you teach me how to hack the silk-screen button? it's really handly to have an extra button... thanks!!

Some just aren't happy unless they're complaining :D !

Perhaps some of us are not complacent...
I fully understood what the NX was... that was enough for me to purchase it...
HOWEVER this tool has potential... untapped potential...
if you wish to marry my question with simple complaining then I would suggest not being first in-line when the CF memory drivers are out...

I want a driver for my Thinkoutside keyboard that I bought from Sony for my NR70 before I switched to NX!

Sorry, but i can't help but laugh. The way you originally posted this thread, "Vent", then the all caps, and the exclamation marks, and then the words like "frickin" pretty much all indicate complaining to me. How bout start a thread like: "Possible to create a landscape App?" I dunno, just my opinion, i'm sure it will tick you off, and i'm sorry those aren't my attentions. But hey, I LOVE MY NX whether any of those things come out for it or not! In fact i feel like i'm the only one on this site that doesn't NEED a cf driver. Sure, i support finding one, encourage it, and hope that one does get developed and will purchase one when it does. But I don't require one. Did i mention i love my NX, this is my 5th palm/pocket pc device, and this is the first one that i'm actually using on almost an hourly basis... I LOVE IT!
Enjoy.

McPhling (get it from PalmGear) has an option to choose any button to adjust it's behavior. Just map a behavior to the Silkscreen Button.
