View Full Version : The MyTreo app on the 700p

There is an app on the 700p called "MyTreo" and when I tap it I get the error "BFViewer v3.99 or greater required!"

Does anyone else with a 700p have the same issue?

What is the MyTreo app supposed to do?

On Sprint, it has Reuters news feeds and the manual and likely some other stuff.

It can't seem to find the Blue Fish Viewer for some reason. Mine doesnt do that it just brings up the user guide. Mine is a Sprint phone is yours?

Thanks. "MyTreo" seems to be the AddIt version for the 700p and I'm pretty sure a re-install (by downloading from Palm's website or from Bluefish) would correct it, although I haven't tried it yet.

Thanks in advance for any help....I believe it's in ROM so there is no removing it short of the Brayder products - which I don't recommend...

Go to this site:www.bluefishwireless.com/addit/support_downloads.html
download the "ADDIT for treo 700p. it will load bfviewer. after it is hotsynched, open your "addit" and synch. ( use the little blue triangle icon in the upper right corner). after hotsynch is complete, open "My Treo and make sure it works, then go back and delete addit vault and addit synch. your "My Treo" SHOULD work.
