what was your desktop's screen res? the max i could get was 800x600. but my desktop is 1600x1200, but i've got my icons arranged to fit 1024x768 (i use WinXP's RDP often).

does the new version support 1024x768 yet?

Just tried out EzRemote on my TH55, just can not get it to work.

At present I have a wirelss LAN set up at home, I can access the internet with my clie and hotsync by wireless LAN via the wireless card in my laptop. However I can not access the desktop via my clie. I keep getting an error message "Cannot connect to server 2" I am sure this is because I do not know my server name, as I am certain I know the IP address, name, username and password for the host computer.

Could anyone suggest a solution?

instead of putting in the IP address, just put in your computer's name

for example, all my comptuers at home are named after aircraft carriers or destoyers. so to connect to my laptop, i just put in "enterprise" instead of the IP address (192.168.2.44). likewise for my desktop, "eisenhower" instead of 192.168.2.16

what operating system is your comptuer running?

Windows XP Home Edition isnt fully supported by RDP protocol. THat is you can connect from WinXP Home to another computer, but you cannot connect to your XP Home computer from another.

Thanks for the heads up on this app! Tried it out and it's wayyyy cool! I use this to start movie conversions on my desktop pc, stopping or starting torrent downloads, all while lying in bed! :D
