Transferring files to bigger memory stick

How do I transfer the files from a 64 mb memory stick to a 128 mb stick?

I have zLauncher. Don't know if that's what I should be using or is there something else that can do the job?

Use MS Import or a card reader. Copy the files to your hard drive from the 64MB MS and then copy the files to the 128MB MS. Don't delete anything until your sure everything is okay.
