loose NX60

anyone have a problem with their NX getting loose from opening and closing all the time? Is there a way to tighten a screw?

My NR70V never loosened up, neither has my cell phone, the old laptop I sold (over six years old when I sold it last month) or anything else of mine. My NX70V is still under a week old, so I can't say. I think the battery will probably give up the chase before the hinge does.

HOW? I don't understand. Mine is so loose that when I put it all the way back where it should "lock" , if i shake it, it could close.
