Hanging Hotsynch Duo

Can't figure this one out. Cradle hotsynch hangs only if Plucker is set to synchronize, AND prc or pdb file being installed. Does not occur if either condition is eliminated. Message on PC: "Installing handheld application". Message on TX: "Sychronizing memos".
When this occurs, can only cancel PC side of synch with control/alt/delete. Can only cancel PDA side of synch with soft reset. Any ideas?

Do you mean Sunrise? My Sunrise conduit is set to Desktop overwrites handheld. I have no Plucker conduit.

The desktop application is called "Plucker Desktop", and the conduit is called "Plucker" in the Hotsynch Manager.
