Data Import <-> Data export problem

Hello,
today i installed on my PC the Data export application. When i click on the Connect button in the ux50 i got the folowing message:
<< ..necessary library is missing or the system does not support a sony scsi mode ..>>

Any idea what is happening?

Just to clarify, i tried to previously install (in vain) the driverless prc file to trasnform my clie ux40 in a usb key and it doesn't work.
Is it possible that i overwritten the prc file and now anything works (data import/export.

Do a hard reset and try again.

Hello,
you were right; i hard reset the Ux and then the data Import <-> export did the job.
Now i can view my preferite Docs on the Ux.

Not sure i understand the reason why Sony decided to have mutliple application on the PC to exchange different files...

i dont understand what you mean by multiple programs? file exchange is done by data import... are there still other programs tht you might be referring to?
