Palm emailed me that they have released the SDK for the Sprint Treo 700p so you can now try it out in the simulator.
When you launch Sprint TV it says streaming provided by Kinoma media embedded.
Docs to go is listed as ver 8.001 (48)
Versamail 3.5.1
In prefs>buttons there is no way to remap the call and end call buttons (Tyler must save us)
When you launch ptunes you get an error message that says "this version of pocket tunes only runs on palm os 5. Palm os 4 and earlier will not be supported. Please visit pocket-tunes.com for Palm OS 6 compatibility information"
Palm OS 6???

When I try to open my website I get this page is too large to be displayed, but if I set it to disable images it dl's right. Hope this doesn't happen on the 700p.

I set yhe Dynamic heap from 8MB to 16MB and I don't get the error anymore. So I am thinking we won't have this problem on the treo 700p.

I can also use Filez and send anything in ROM via versamail. I sent Blazer 4.5 and tried to install it on my 650, but got an error that I was missing localization files. So Tyler is there's anything I can send you let me know.

I was able to get the "on demand" application on my Treo 650.
Just out of curiosity, is the sim on the developer's site? I can't seem to find it.

The Palm skin for Ptunes does not look that great compared to the PalmOne skin on the LD and TX.
The closest I get to a Treo 700p is the sim because the device is not worth buying.

How did you send the files to your PC from the Sim?

What files did you transfer in order to get it working?
I am particularly interested in streaming media.

Well I doubt you will be able to stream due to there are many files required for such an operation to occur. We will need a hacker to help us out.
