internet connection

Im trying to connect to the internet via a cable from my motorola t720 to my sony nz90 using my msn service. The phone dials and a connection is established. When i try to browse through netfront, i get a timeout like i am not even connected. No matter what i do, the connection is then timed out on my phone after 1 min 3 secs everytime, even though i have the timeout preference to never on my nz. What is going on?

have you set the "init string" for your particular cell in connections tab (details)on your clie?
this happened to me before set this.
plus check the network settings on your clie make sure that idle timeout is set to never.
