I have had my T615 for about 10 months. I noticed that at times, the battery doesn't get fully recharged to 100% (or >4.1v) when left in the cradle even though the orange status LED is off. I've noticed the same thing from time to time when I recharge using a USB hotsync cable too.
Like yesterday, I placed it in the cradle overnight (20% left to begin with)... when I turned it on this morning the battery was at 89% not 100% :( I'm sure if I recharge it again it will go up to 100% and stay there, as I've tried that before. It seems to me the Clie for some reason stops accepting power when it reaches ~90%.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Weird !!!!!
I said this morning battery level was 89% (I remember something like 3.8x volts).
I listened to MP3 for ~40 minutes after that. I just took out my Clie and it tells me battery is 100% @ 4.0 volts)

The way the battery icon works is not perfect. Sometimes it takes some time to update. This has happened many times in my N760 and T665..Just use it a little, and it will show the real battery status.
Also, use of Yishow and other launchers slow down this metering ability of the CLIE.

I am experiencing the same behaviour with my T665C. Normally the top end of my battery is 4.28.
It has seemed to me that it recently was not charging to 100% before the orange light would go out. Upon turning on the unit, it would display a variable charge above 4.00 but not the full 4.28. I thought the battery was getting old. I keep mine charged quite frequently so the battery seldom gets below 80%.
Anyhow, I was having problems with the KB11 working and had to turn off a specific program (which keeps the infra-red beaming function turned to off) and it seemed that the charging behaviour seemed to improve, or at least it more frequently reads 4.28 again after a charge.
Its good to hear that this may be just a slow reporting issue and not an actual battery-aging issue.
Is there any suggestions people may have on how to improve the battery reporting (I use popclock to gain quick info on the battery, but seldom for the time heh heh) on such a unit. Also, any comments on battery hygiene and how to extend "battery-time" (eg. turn off IR beaming, dim the screen with dimmer, don't play too much music, turn off unit sounds) on such a unit are much welcomed.
Thanks
