Is there any program that can make 'Full screen' for TX?

Hi Guys.

I am looking for 'full screen' program for my TX.

Which can hide STATUS BAR!



I found these programs like "MaxT3", "mykbd" , "Zlauncher"

But MaxT3 works only for T3 and Zlauncher's Statusbar hiding function is only able at Clie series.

And mykbd crashed with some of what i needed programs.



Is there any other program, which can hide 'status bar'?

MySkin has a feature in preferences that allows you to toggle the statusbar by just touching the bottom edge of the status bar and that works on my TX.

There is a DA called StatBar that will hide the status bar in your current app... It comes back once you switch to a different app. I launch it with McPhling.....

Thank you for answering ^^. Eh... But 'MySkin', 'StatBar DA' , 'mykbd' are all made by "Pruss" I tested all, and above 3 programs all works same way ^^;

Can anyone know these programs that are not made by "Pruss" ?

Is it possible that the applications that crashed just don't like having the status bar hidden? Which programs crash? Alex (Pruss) is quite good at fixing problems if they can be fixed. I have a T3 so I can't test for you, but I have never had a crash from myKbd hiding the status bar.

Well to say strictly, it is not a 'crashing'. It dosen't make a Fatal. But the Screen is gone white. Maybe this problem is caused by redrawing screen. So I am looking around another application ^^;

(What I mainly testing program is 'Comic GURU 2.0.2'

I am certainly not trying to talk you into something you do not want, but I, like many others, will state that myKbd works flawlessly on my TX. I have never had the problem you described in any program I've used, even during beta testing myKbd. IMO, myKbd is a multi-purpose program that does many things well. My guess is there is another program that is conflicting with it, and not myKbd itself.

I found my own answer:

"Version 2.25: Tap on edge to toggle statusbar option (tap on the wrench to
enable). Favorite applications can persist in TX home button popup (menu |
options | favorites)."

I haven't upgraded in awhile. Guess I know what I'm doing when I get home.

This new version is great! It is almost to the point of being able to replace McPhling on my TX..... I made a post on the thread announcing MySkin 1.28 requesting a couple additional features that I hope Pruss will include in a futire release...

My guess is that if this has happened, then this is an app that is simply not compatible with full screen use.

By the way, this is a free feature--i.e., it works even after the mySkin trial expires.

I've never had an issue with the hiding feature in myKbd FWIW.
