power run/ bad stick

I had a memory stick (the second) go bad on me and the problem I was hoping someone could help me with is this. When the stick quit working it became write protected even with the tab write protect in the off position. I had to delete and reinstall Isolo and now my unlock code no longer works. I tried rienstalling and the code comes up invalid??? do I have to purcahse this wonderful app. again? Francis

Nevermind I just fixed it with a back-up. I tried the back-up twice before but it seems I had to do a selective back-up that replaced some files while backing up others? I am not sure what I did but it worked. Francis
