It seems not (well, I don't know). However, you can use the Picsel Viewer to view HTML files.

Pviewer works great. The pages are crystal clear and you can zoom in to excellent detail.

Besides using the jog dial to zoom in. Can I use short cuts key instead to zoom in or is there other way to zoom in?

You can zoom in using the stylus. The zoom gesture is tap-tap-drag, the zoom will be centred on the point of the tap.

Tried using the jog dial but it just scrolls up and down... Is there any particular setting that I should set for jog dial to function as a zoom?

Bro,
You have to hold and press the jog dial and then dial up or down to zoom.
Kind of irritating if you switch on the sound.

You better have a good read on the Picsel Viewer's help on those "gestures" (stylus-tap actions) since the user interface of Picsel Viewer is very unfriendly and you may not know how powerful it can be.

To my understanding, netfront is very easy to use.
Connect to the internet, enter the address or select from the bookmarks. That's it.
Sorry if I misinterpret your question. ;)

Yes, you can use NetFront to view HTML files. Just save them on the MS in /Palm/Programs/MSWeb/
