Life Drive wont turn on..

Hi there,new user here...Seems i have the same issue with the lifedrive not turning on.
ive read the posts on here...so am i supposed to charge it (i know it was fully charged when this happened) or unplug it for a x amount of time???

iits been chargin 9 hours now and nothing,i unplugged it see whats happens...........

anyone know anything new about this??

Try a soft reset by tapping the reset hole with your stylus.

I tried, nothing....wont turn on.... just bought it last week..

Did you install any software before this started happening?

One of the apps you installed may be causing the problem. Do you remember which apps you installed?

im really thinking of returning this now and getting an pocket pc,what the hell is this thing dead 550$ +tax and this is what i get after 10 days???

You know, mine works perfectly. Has done for nearly a year (touch wood). But it really amazes me that Palm hasnt sorted this kind of thing out yet in nearly 12 months of selling this machine. It just shocks me that Im still hearing the exact same problems that I was giving Palm an easy ride on in the beginning because it was a "new" gadget.

Well i gave in the LifeDrive after the 550$+tax machine wouldnt turn on anymore!I said i wouldnt get another Palm but seems i was persuaded to get the TX. So hopefully things will look up once i get it on monday.....
