I have a TG50, and am looking to replace my old keyboard.

When a model of the Belkin G700 says it's compatible with "T" series, is that the same as being compatible with "TG"?

I realize the G700's a bit wonky, but the one I had before worked well enough for my limited needs. Since I can't get it direct from Belkin anymore, I want to be sure about compatibility before I order one from a 3rd party vendor.

Welcome to 1src!
Yes, they have the same adapter. As long as it has Palm OS 5 drivers (I am sure it should say), it will work fine :)

Yeah, that's the great thing about most of the line of CLIEs--the fact that they have the same connector at the bottom.

It's also the biggest difference in that you have to make sure you can get OS5 drivers for products designed for OS4.1!

I bought two G700's for my Clie TH55 and you're right they were flakely wiht the Belkin drivers. However, they work really well with a driver and YAHM (which he also wrote) from Igor Nesterov:

YAHM is freeware. The G700 is $8 or $10, but worth it over the Belkin driver. I have one of mine on my desk to charge my '55 while it docked, and the other is for roaming. ;)

The Fellowes Stowaway XT keyboard is made by Think Outside and is the same as the ultra-thin for the Palm. It's definitely the best keyboard, and yes, even though it doesn't say TG, it will work.
