I Seriously Have Tried Everything!!!

Ok guys- I really need your help!

I have a standard Sony Bluetooth MS and an NX70V.

They were working fine until I had to do a hard reset- when I install the drivers from the Bluetooth MS CD I get the message this version is not compatible (expected).

Then when I install the OS5 Bluetooth (BIP) update I get "missing components- please re-install".

Anyone had this problem and found a way round it? The MS seems fine and this happens even before I insert it in the slot.

I have searched everywhere for help but with no luck:(

i had a similar problem after a hard reset i resinstalled all the software old and new
bluetooth bip
BT suite v2.0
bluetooth EFIGS
and then it started working again.

would it help if i gave you a list of installed componants that i have listed on my clie? then maybe you can track the missing ones?
