Cnet reports in the article that it could be Verizon or Sprint. I am very, very, very confident that it's Sprint.
Cnet posted this also :)

And from the Treo Yahoo!Groups (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/treo/message/13721), we have this:
"i was talking just yesterday to one of the most knowledgable spint
customer service guys who really helped me get a whole bunch of things
done (which rarely happens) that the release date was supposed to be
may 28, but that it would not really be available until june 13 for
purchase..."

I was also told from my contact at Sprint that it would actually be available the 1st week of June. They are probably announcing it, and shipping a week or 2 after.

Jimmie is'nt this report about a Monday announcement?
In which case, the announcement precedes release by several weeks right?

Yes, I think it will be announced monday, and ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
Just got this email:
"Saw this today... This is from an email sent out to Sprint business customers who use their "Business Connect" (re-branded from Seven) email system. This email is sent to announce maintenance windows for their system.
