Help with MS Import for SJ22?

My MS Import cannot connect to my computer, i don't know why. It did before, until i pressed the home icon before pressing disconnect. It says check connection cable. I can sync perfectly, but not MS Import. How can i fix this?

No, i haven't. I don't even know how to. I just got my clie last week.

Had exactly the same problem after I upgraded my computer. Turns out that my new machine wasn't running USB 2.0 and after I upgraded I was able to see in the Device Manager that the Sony Mass Storage was showing as an unknown device. I right clicked on the Mass Storage and selected "update driver" and away it flew. Everything works now. Hope this helps.

I had the same exact problem with my SJ22. When I contacted Sony, they mentioned that the SJ22 needs to be connected to an on-board USB port, not through a hub, or a secondary USB PCI card. After I switched to a primary USB port, everything worked fine. If this doesn't work, you may need to reinstall or update the MS Mass Storage driver...Good luck!
