I'd be grateful for any help you can offer on this one.
From a relatively stable system, on Saturday I bought UnCache and loaded it up. I started losing applications around this same time - they'd just disappear out of RAM - but this seems to have something to do with Preference Doctor, which I loaded at the same time, rather than UnCache. I've deleted Preference Doctor, to no great loss.
On Monday night I suddenly found I could no longer open ZLauncher without a crash. Hard reset, and the problem remains. I uninstall UnCache and the problem remains. I reinstall ZLauncher and the problem remains.
I'm not a genius at this stuff, but when I check for instance MemInfo, it looks like there's enough memory. I know ZLauncher is a big program, but it's never been a problem before.
The TX crashes immediately upon accessing ZLauncher. I can delete the DB file and it still crashes. I can leave everything except the ZLauncher application and all other programs work fine (this is what I'm doing now). I don't like the situation because I have so much stuff loaded through ZLauncher shortcuts that if I move to another launcher I'll have to spend hours moving all sorts of apps back to RAM.
Any help - anything at all - would be most appreciated, because this stinks. Thanks
