hotsync issue

i've been having trouble with large documents in wordtogo lately and have done multiple hard resets and backed it up from the card. lately though my hotsyncs have been truncated- it only syncs pims. any ideas short of a hard reset and reinstallation of everything?

i also tried pilotinstall for a while, but didn't like it. that could also be the root of the problem. please help!
