I would like to know too if it is possible to connect cell phone to PDA...

Mabye it is depend on what cell phone you have, I know that there is cable for PDA to connect PHS (Japan only).

Actually, I think AvantGo will browse real web pages, don't know how well.

Yes, it will work with a motorola 120c (not 120e tho, watch out, i bought one with an sj30 and it didn't work). Thus, i moved up to an LG VX10 cell phone and kept my sj30. I have a cable that connects them, and i have Xiino web browser and Snappermail to check my mail.

However, you must have verizon or sprint to do this - for them, it's free (u get 14.4K speed too, which isn't tooooo bad). I ALSO can FTP into my server and TELNET into my server, it's pretty cool. Verizon (which i use), only uses up minutes (it's a data call). So at night and weekends it's totally free!!!
