Ramdom Disk Access (is it ?)

Can anybody help me ?

I just bought a sound Brando dock to my LD. Strangesly, I hear from time to a little noise from the dock speaker.

Is it a ramdom disk access ?

Is it a USB access from my XP ?

It's annoying not to know....

Is there anybody with similar issue ?
