ok, it's go time.

do i get it from bb or cc or someplace off the net. i'm wanting to get the best support plan i.e. (if i screw something up,,,or something screws up on its own, i will be covered) that i can get. these are the only brick and mortar places around me that will have it. so........
what to do...where to do it.......etc.....

If you have access to a compusa I would get it there, they seem to have a true "no hassle" replacement plan, though I hear it varies depending on where you live.
