2 clie files apps after upgrading

After installing the clie files 1.1 update from Sony support website I have 2 apps in my Clie.

I have Clie Files 1.1 and a Clie Files 1.0

Is this normal?  Anyone with the same issue?

Sorry to say but that doesn't sound normal to me.
Might want to try re-installing the upgrade, hope you didn't forget to do a backup just before your upgraded.
From the Main Menu, click on properties, then the Version Tab and scroll down to "Clie Files" and should read "v1.1"

Actually, it does sound normal, because the original Clie Files app is in ROM while the upgrade exists in RAM.

It's not the installer, is the @#$* MegaLauncher that keeps showing 2 entries of upgraded apps, the same thing happens with Clie viewer once upgraded...

I use ZLauncher, and I have a tab (category) called "Unfiled" that I put this kind of stuff in. I then set the tab property to be "hidden" so that I never see it. Maybe ML has a similar feature that you could use.

Yes, MLauncher has it. Is Zlauncher better than MLauncher?
I want an expert opinion, not only based on their own 'feeling'

Can't say I have an "expert" level status but I have used almost all launchers (LauncherX, ZLauncher, YiShow, MegaLauncher, Silver Screen, Facer)

I would say its between LX, ZL and ML differeing in what they have and their look. I really like the look of Facer though which has a very cool idea in it. I feel that ML and ZL will offer the most though and probably are the best 2 at this point.

Just for all to know, I found an option in Mega Launcher for show or not all the versions for an app, so unchecking this made it!

I tryed ZL yesterday, but I'm used to ML, both are good
