cradle and case suggestions.

hey, i was just thinking bout getting a case for my zire 72.

any suggestions. the leather ones, look like they are totally unprotective, the metal look nice, but they are expensive. and i hear places that some dont have a hole for the speaker, the cahrge and usb cords are hard to acces...ect.

what are all of my case options?

and i am getting more and more, ARGH, that the Z72 doesnt have a cradle. are there cradles out there for it? no ebay or amazon.

why not eBay? Anyway, I use SFPlanet.com. Ask for Jessie because he always gives good deals. I've had both and honestly, the leather cases simply look better, hold more, and are softer on the ears. The metal cases are rather hard, cold, clanky when bumped, and overall look crappy. Go Krussell.

Cradle wise if you look through the forum I think someone made a cradle and some instructions. Officially no cradles were released as far as I know.

Then, go for the hard one.

The only cradles I have seen are on eBay, and I think with the connectors that the Zire 72 has, it's probably better to get charge and sync cables and a car mount and twist the mount so that it stands on a desk.

As for cases, I use the PDair aluminum case, and I think that's the best one out there.

Like I said, the PDair one is a good one. You can find it on eBay unbranded for cheap. It's the one with the opening for the speaker on the back, unlike the other aluminum cases out there. Here it is on the PDair site:

The cable I recommend something simple that retracts. This is the type I got, but I don't recommend this seller; not very good:

although the belt clip is nice, i dont know, that looks really big and bluky. like the hole for the voice record mem thing button, the hole, is so big. idk, it doesnt look nice.

If you're looking for a hard case, it's as slim as it gets. The palmOne unit is HUGE.
