resetting

Hello.
I just bought a brand new NX70 from J and R last week. I've had it for about a week now. I LOVE it. The only problem I'm having is that in the 1 week I've had this CLIE, I've had to soft reset it 3 times. And although it says that you don't lose data, each time i've reseted it, I lose stuff on my calender.

Should I be worried and return it for a new one? or do you think its just a 'kink' in the CLIE being that its new?? And do places like J and R exchange them at all??

have you any 3rd party apps installed??... the Palm OS is generally very stable until you get one or 2 bad app(les)...

If so then you may want to remove some stuff and keep adding untill the problem reoccurs....

What other softwares have you added to it?

You could have a buggy app, an app that isn't compatible with OS5, or corrupted memory.

I have added a few appls on it.. I'll remove some of them and see

LOL.. I tried putting on some 'free' appls from palmsource.com or some site like that..
