Does anyone know if the Extreme-Limit case for the NZ accomdates the Compact Flash wifi card, so that you can use the Clie in the case with the card?

thanks,

Dan

I have the Extreme-Limit case and it is set up to hold the card while it is in the case. The bottom strap can be adjusted due to velcro tabs. I have attached a photo of the bottom.

The picture didn't show up on the previous post even though it said that it was attached. I'll try again.

Yes, can you post it? I've seen the case, and it looks like the bottom strap covers the slot...

I tried twice to attach the jpg, but it doesn't show up. My wife thinks that you have to have the photo already on the web to attach it even though the browse button lets you choose a file from your hard drive. If anyone has insights, let me know. The picture came out nice with lots of good detail.

On examining the case, I don't believe that you would be able to close it with the card in. While the strap that runs under the bottom of the Clie is adjustable with velcro to allow the card to be held in, the red trimmed strap that closes the case and comes up from behind won't go around the card. They may have thought it would, but I don't think so. They probably also thought you could get the memory stick out while it was in the case. I can now, but only after surgery.

Extreme Limit customer service mailed me back to say that the cover of the case can not be closed when the WL100 wireless CF is inserted. Poop. Maybe the Brando can?

I have the PDair case from www.shop.brando.com.hk and it has a fairly long strap that fits into a loop instead of a snap or velcro. I think the strap is long enough that it would work. I have it and it is really nice. Nice soft leather, padded, and has room for 2 MS, and a slot that my spare battery fits into. I don't have a compact flash card, but check it out and see what you think.
