Ordering a Thinkpad with a money order

I've just called Lenovo (their email tech support is terrible, but their phone support is amazing... their tech support people are actually in the US! -- which is especially amazing since lenovo is not an american company)

They have emailed me the needed information. Apparantly, however, it will take roughly a month to get my notebook. oh well, i guess i'll just have to wait.

I'm very exited. However, I was told by the support person i spoke to that it will be around a month before i get it. Whats more, i've read reports of Z series thinkpads taking much longer to be built and shipped than they should (up to two or three months in some cases). Although i have also read reports of custom-built (such as mine) machines being constructed and delivered in only around a week.

Basically, i'm going to have to deal with the whole impatience thing for an unknown period of time, oh well. I guess i'll keep looking for Z60 related forums and reviews.
