Right now I only use DBCacheDA and PKWriteDA, but am sure there are a ton of great DA's out there. Can anyone recommend some?

Thanks!

You can check out a bunch of DA's a freewarepalm.com and at palmsource. Hope that helps.

One of my favorites is RakuDA which allows you to make a new calendar appt., to-do, and memo in any app.

Also, in addition to depret's list, try out NowDA, RPNLiteDA, SelectCA, SharkScanDA, StopWatch, and VolumeDA.

I'm picky when it comes to DAs. Here is my list of DAs:

My faves (and I'll be darned if I know where I got many of them because most of the webpages are in Japanese...)

AkUtilities <--- Probably the best one, I have a button-press sequence for this one
AsciiPopDA <-- Unusual foreign/math ascii characters you don't know in graffitti
ClockOff DA <--- I have a TE2 and was so mad when the center button didn't pop the clock, this fixes it.
HRCaptDA<-- Screen capture to BMP, really good quality image
LClipDA <-- 10 clipboards
PasswordDA<-- Generate random numeral/letter passwords
SelectDA (SMda) <-- Pops up a box to launch all of your DAs.
SoundDA <-- Toggles sound on/off and you can set a delay for it to revert back! (2 hr. meeting for example...)
StampDA <-- Copy to clipboard times, dates, your name, etc.
ToggleFSDA <-- For use with Pruss' Font Smoother hack-- toggles font on and off.

I'm surprised no one mentioned "Teikei_DA".

What this one does is allow you to access up to 5 special memos. In these memos you can list any number of items that you use on a regular basis, such as names. When you download it, it comes with a memo that will allow you to select a date or a time.

When you access the memo from within Teikei and select the line you want, it will paste the line where your cursor was. For my money, this is truly the best DA. It can be found at (be sure to Google Translate the page):

One last point, Muchy.com is a great resource for DAs. (It just happens to be in Japanese!)

Just a few that I use that haven't been mentioned:

TimerDA
NetDA
LocalFindDA
BracesDA
HexDA (helpful tool for programmers)
ToUpperDA (I renamed it to CaseDA, since it will do UPPER, lower, & Initial).
Clipboard Viewer DA
invert initial

I have collected info on about 100 different DA's.
Note that some collections of DA's are buried inside other packages, and you won't find them directly unless someone wrote them up in one of the resource pages mentioned in one of this forum's threads.
