can't transfer media files on new life drive

:confused: its my first time to use palm device.
i have lifedrive i week age,
2nd day after some manipulation i lost the media transfer application
so i can't transfer files to my life drive any more but hotsync is well functioning

Welcome to 1src! When I load my Palm Desktop and click on Media, I get a message saying to use the LifeDrive Manager 2.0 to move the files. Did you lose the LifeDrive Manager?
