Has anyone been sucessful in pairing the LD with the Motorola V3c. I downloaded the V3 driver from Palm and while I get a handshake it will not connect or test giving me an error message to get a correct driver.

You downloaded the GSM driver.
The V3C is CDMA. AFAIK there is no CDMA Palm Razr driver.
