Is there a way to put my zire outside and have it wirelessly transmit a video feed to my laptop using bluetooth?

Yes, if you use some software called Keylink (give it a google). This software displays what is currently on the palms screen on your pc screen. It will work through USB, Bluetooth and WIFI. It also allows you to manipulate the palm from the desktop. So if you use this with the camera open it will transmit what the camera see.
