contact list won't sync...

New TG-50 and attempting to sync with Outlook contact list on my work network. The ability to sync the contact list appears on "intellisync lite", and it is listed / checked, but no syncs produce any results. The log does not show sync'd contacts either. I have checked / unchecked "business address" with no change.
I ran a board search for similiar problems, but to no avail. I would think I should be able to sync my contact list with the included software???Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There are many possible reasons for not able to sync with Outlook.  Have a search at the IntelliSync support page and see whether you find the answer (there are many issues related to syncing problem in Outlook and address book): http://pumatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/pumatech.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php
